Every Tower and Its Reward

All towers share the same ritual — five gourd-shaped collectibles placed at the top, then a key carved step by step through five keyholes at the base, following the arrows to each next stop. What differs is what each key unlocks.

TowerThe RitualReward
Red TowerDeliver five red gourd-shaped collectibles to the compartments at its top, then carve the key along the arrow-marked keyhole route at the base.Opens the large blue doorway with red stairs: the map room. Inside sits a giant map of the whole island, and on the upper wall three laser pointers, a compass, and a handheld map you can carry.
Blue TowerSame five-collectible offering and key-carving ritual. It hides on the eastern half of the island, behind the mountain when viewed from the red tower — easy to miss early.Puts the train back on its rails. Place the finished key in the slot overlooking the tracks and a red train rolls up, ready to board.
Yellow TowerStandard tower ritual. A tunnel runs from this tower toward the blue tower — one of the more useful shortcuts on the island.Progress toward full island access, with a waist bag waiting in the tunnel route between it and the blue tower.
Green TowerStandard tower ritual. Its finishing route leads past a supply spot holding both a red backpack and a teal waist bag in one place — the only location that offers two carry items at once.

💡 Recommended first two

Red tower first — the handheld map transforms navigation for the rest of the run. Blue tower second — the clockwise train loop turns every later delivery into a scenic shortcut.

FAQ

How long is Big Walk?

There is no fixed runtime. The island is built for wandering, puzzles scale with your group, and the host keeps save data between sessions — groups set their own pace from one long sitting to a relaxed multi-week trek.

What order should I do the towers in?

Any order you like — the game says so itself by letting all four be attempted freely after the drawbridge. Many groups do the red tower first because the map room makes every later trip easier, then the blue tower so the train speeds up the rest.

Does Big Walk have a story or an ending?

It is a hand-crafted cooperative adventure meant to be played start-to-finish with a group of friends, and reaching the end is the point: the final stretch and its closing moments are kept as a surprise rather than a checklist.

Are there missable items or achievements?

Nothing appears to be missable. Supply buildings keep their gear, towers wait indefinitely, and transport unlocks persist. If you drop something important, anything held or worn respawns in a pile back at the starting area.
